Paul left The Royal Marines in 1989 and set up a Home Improvement Company. In 1999 Paul set up a Financial Services Company which he ran until 2011 when he joined Anglian selling their conservatory range. Paul joined The Window & Conservatory Centre in May 2018 and is now the sole Director in the business. Paul now runs the business maintaining the exceptional high quality of both products and installations.

Karen has just joined our team and comes with a wealth of experience in both Marketing and Sales in the Home Improvement Industry, having spent 21 years with a National Company.
In her spare time she enjoys running, cycling and paddle-boarding with her husband Ray and likes to relax with a glass of wine or two……!
MR IAN SEWELL
INSTALLATION TRAINER & SENIOR CREW

After leaving school, Ian worked for a builders’ as a mate. In 1997, he joined DPR where - in 2000 - he obtained his NVQ in fenestration. Ian spent the next following few years fitting for himself before capitalising on his experience and joining the local council in their construction division. He joined us in 2018 and is a valued member of our installation teams.

Paul joined us as an improver but after several months under Ian's guidance he is now a fully competent fitter . He has spent many years finishing off installations and joined Matt to expand his installation experience. He's married and spends many of his weekends in his VW campervan travelling local scenic locations.

Helen has over 30 years’ experience in both office administration and accounting. She has worked in window manufacturing, agriculture and professional services’ industries. Helen deals with the smooth running of the installations, liaising with our factories across the UK then updating clients as to when their installations will take place.

MR MATT BALSON
SENIOR INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR

Matt started his window career at Ferndown Glass as a fitter’s mate. He learned the trade and at the age of 22 he moved companies to Just Home Improvements, who were opposite our showroom. Matt has general building skills and his attention to detail is paramount. After 16 years at Just, he joined us in the Summer of 2007. Matt is the fitting supervisor and is a valued member of our installation crews.
MR AIDEN WILLIAMSON

After finishing college, Aiden joined our installation team as an apprentice. He spends most of his working week being taught the installation process by Ian, one of our most experienced fitters. After two years, Aiden is now a competent fitter and a valued member of our installation team. He is into his personal fitness and spends his spare time cycling and working out in his local gym.

Andy is valued member of our installation team. Andy has been involved in carpentry & joinery since leaving school and obtaining City and guilds with advanced craft certificates, as well as teaching certificates where Andy taught carpentry to city and guilds standards . He has installed all items of joinery components. His hobbies are walking his 3 French bulldogs with his wife around the beautiful coast line . He also enjoys with his wife taking his motorbike out venturing across the southwest . Andy is a valued member of our installation teams.
MR DENE BURGESS

Dene has been in the replacement window / conservatory industry for over 27 years. Dene brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him and has a keen eye for detail. Dene was previously with another long established family business for over ten years which is now under new management. Dene enjoys spending time with his family and two granddaughters, and also going to the gym, watching rugby and football. Dene enjoys a cheeky glass of wine in his local pub when time permits.
